Sage ran for her school historian! She came up with the ideas for the posters all by herself! She even thought of the slogan" Turn the page and vote for Sage" She did an awesome job! Grandma Carol also helped make the posters!
She wrote her speech herself! And did a little cheer for the kids! She was not shy and talked loud and clear! We were so proud of her!!!
There were 8 kids running and we told her since her class had a lot more boys than girls that a boy would probably win. Because at her age boys vote for boys, but she said she still wanted to run! She didn't make it (a boy did) but we were so proud of her and all her effort and the great job she did! Both grandma's and dad and the boys and Sailor were all there to cheer her on! It was an awesome experience and we couldn't be prouder Sage!!!
